Our QC team will inspect the quality of raw materials, products on line, finished products and final packing. The QC staff are trained on how to lower the defected rate and loss of factory timely.
QC process as follow:
1. Inspection for incoming parts(iqc)
2. Inspection for raw materials
3. In-process quality control
4. Final inspection for finished products(fqc)
5. Products testing before shipment(oqc)
